Muay Thai
Called “The Art of Eight Limbs”, Muay Thai is one of the most effective and respected striking arts in the world. Known for its powerful use of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, it’s also the foundation of striking in modern MMA.In our Muay Thai program, you’ll learn how to strike with precision, defend with confidence, and control the pace of any stand-up situation. Classes are designed for all levels—from beginners building fundamentals to fighters sharpening their skills. Along the way, you’ll build strength, cardio, and mental toughness while training in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the art of leverage, technique, and strategy. Focusing on grappling and submissions, BJJ teaches you how to control and overcome opponents of any size through skill, not strength. It’s a cornerstone of MMA and one of the most practical martial arts for real-world self-defense.

Cardio Fitness

Wrestling

MMA
Mixed Martial Arts combines the most effective techniques from striking and grappling into one complete system. At Tusk MMA, our program focuses on applying skills directly from the arts we offer—Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling —to create well-rounded martial artists who can adapt in any situation.
