Cancellation Policy
MMA Gym Membership & Subscription Policy: 1. Subscription and Automatic Renewal By enrolling in any subscription plan, you acknowledge that your membership automatically renews each month on the same date as your initial purchase. Payments will continue to be charged automatically unless you cancel your membership prior to the next billing cycle. The gym is not responsible for cancelling memberships on behalf of members. It is the member’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to participate. 2. Payment Responsibility Members are responsible for all payments associated with their membership. By enrolling, members agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card company for any membership fees. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement, and members will be responsible for all fees, penalties, and legal costs incurred by the gym. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access to classes. Members may also incur a late fee if payment fails to process successfully. 3. Registration Fee A one-time registration fee is required for all new memberships. Registration fees are non-refundable, even if a membership is cancelled or payment fails. 4. Cancellations & No Refunds Memberships do not automatically stop — it is the member’s responsibility to cancel on time. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: missed classes, holidays, illness, injury, or failure to cancel prior to renewal. 5. Attendance and Class Rules Members may only attend classes included in the purchased program or bundle. The gym may reschedule or cancel classes at its discretion; members will be notified when possible. Some classes (e.g., competition Muay Thai, MMA) may require instructor approval or prerequisites. 6. Code of Conduct Members must treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect and courtesy. Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. Proper attire and safety equipment (gloves, shin guards, mouthguards, etc.) are required for participation. 7. Liability and Safety Participation is at your own risk. Members must complete a waiver and release of liability prior to attending classes. The gym is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, except as required by law. Members are responsible for following instructor guidance and performing proper warm-ups
